1. You drop it all in. After you sign, I send your private link. That’s your space to drop in ideas, screenshots, sites you love, photos, your logo and voice notes. Please get everything in within 7 days.
2. I play it back. I send you how I understand it: the look, the words, what goes where. You confirm or correct. Once we’re both clear, that plan is the plan.
3. I build it in one hour. I design, write and build your site.
4. You look, then it’s live. I send it over. You send your tweaks in one list, within 7 days. I make them, and we launch.
You get one round of tweaks, sent as one list. Wording, photos, colors, moving sections around: all part of it.
A tweak changes what we agreed on in the plan. A new idea adds to it. New sections, new pages, new features or a whole new direction are new work, quoted separately. I’ll always tell you which is which before I do anything.
If I don’t hear back within 7 days of sending your site, I’ll take that as a yes and we’ll get you live.
$499, paid once (less any code you used, like THRIEND for 10% off). Nothing upfront.
Payment is due when you approve your site, before it goes live. I’ll send a secure payment link.
No subscriptions, no monthly fees from me. Hosting is on Netlify, which is free for most small sites. If your site ever outgrows the free plan, that bill is between you and Netlify.
If it misses after your round of tweaks, I’ll make it right. Still not in love within 14 days of launch? Tell me and you get a full refund.
If you take the refund, the site comes down, and the design, words and images I made for it come back to me. Fair is fair.
Where: your private link. Voice notes, screenshots and questions all go there, so nothing gets lost in DMs, texts or a stray comment.
When: Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 Rome time. I reply within one business day, usually sooner.
Weekends and holidays are mine. Messages wait patiently until Monday.
No surprise calls, please. If we need to talk live, we’ll book a time.
Once you’ve paid, the site is yours: the design, the words and the images I made for it.
Anything you send me (photos, logos, text), you confirm you have the right to use.
I may show your site in my portfolio. If you’d rather I didn’t, just say so.
Each add-on is quoted and agreed before I start. Still one-time, still no subscriptions.
Either of us can call it off before the build starts, no charge. If you go quiet for 30 days at any point, I’ll close the project and free up your spot. You can always rebook.
I’m responsible for my work. I’m not responsible for things outside my control: third-party tools and platforms, your hosting or domain provider, or how search engines and AI tools rank you. My total responsibility is limited to what you paid me.
This agreement, plus the plan we confirm in step 2, is the whole deal. Anything new gets added in writing.
